Kimberly A. Raber is a native of South Carolina and has been practicing civil law continuously in South Carolina, since 1987.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Criminal Justice and received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1987. She established the Law Firm of Kimberly A. Raber, P.A. in December, 1991. 

Her statewide general practice firm focuses on probate and estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, corporations and limited liability companies, business, real estate and collections.  

She has been a guest speaker for the National Association of Credit Management-Carolinas, Inc., Real Estate Training Institute, Richland County Probate Court, Society of Manufacturing Engineers and University of South Carolina School of Law. She has served as coach and judge for the South Carolina Mock Trial Competition. She has written materials and conducted seminars on how individuals and businesses can be paid through the use of mechanic's liens and bond claims.  She has drafted documents, such as office policies and disclosure forms, based on the new South Carolina Real Estate License Law. She has served as Guardian ad Litem, Guardian and Conservator for children and incapacitated adults in South Carolina. She has been selected to serve as a presenter at the 5th Annual City of Columbia's Small Business Week Conference and presented on the topic of how to protect your business and other assets.
