I am a native of South Carolina and have been practicing civil law continuously for 30 years. My statewide general practice law firm focuses on business law (corporation and LLC formation, maintenance and dissolution, buy-sale agreements, contract review, and succession planning), and estate planning and probate. I have been honored to serve as a guest speaker for the National Association of Credit Management, Real Estate Training Institute, Richland County Probate Court, Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the University of South Carolina School of Law, City of Columbia Office of Business Opportunities, and Columbia Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council. I have written materials and conducted seminars on mechanic’s liens and bond claims and was recently selected to be a presenter at the City of Columbia’s 5th Annual Small Business Week Conference.
